Representation

The HBA encourages partnerships with local, state and national public agencies and officials to address the housing needs of local communities in West Michigan.  It is a priority of ours to encourage a stable economic environment and social atmosphere in which to conduct business while protecting private property rights and increasing home ownership opportunities for area residents.  We believe this is critical to maintaining a strong economy and quality of lifestyle for citizens.

Legislative Roundtable meetings are held regularly with state and national legislators in an effort to present the home builder’s perspective on potential legislation and current laws impacting our industry.
